Best wind season in Preá

The wind calendar

Preá has wind most of the year, but the strong season is concentrated from mid-year through the start of the following year. During that stretch the trade winds blow steadily, guaranteeing nearly uninterrupted days of sailing.

High and low season

In high season, houses fill up and it's worth booking ahead. In low season, the wind is more irregular, but Preá is still beautiful for resting, enjoying the lagoons and the sunset. If kiting is the focus, aim for high season.
